This official Celeste skirt was designed by Laura Verdin. It's a circle skirt made from a stretchy 90/10 polyester-spandex blend, with an elastic waistband and pockets designed to fit an average-sized phone.

The elastic waistband is genuinely comfortable and doesn't dig in even after a long day. The spandex blend has just enough stretch that it moves with me instead of riding up.
The circle skirt twirls perfectly and the constellation print is way more vibrant in person than I expected. The polyester-spandex fabric has just enough stretch to stay comfy through a whole day of wearing it.
The elastic waistband makes this super comfortable for long gaming sessions, and the fabric has a nice stretch without feeling too thin. I've worn it for about five hours straight and it still feels great.
